MENTORING FOR MULTIPLICATION

M4M equips leaders who will equip others.  One mentor leads and encourages two diciples setting an example of lifestyle evangelism.  The lifestyle includes the practice of prayerful dependence, way-of-life witness, sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and the building of authentic relationships in addition to the ability to share the gospel message.

The M4M training is built around the Ev2 concept of devotionals woven into the fabric of all 7 units.  During 7 weeks of classroom discussion and practical witnessing experiences, watch the fruit of your ministry multiply!  The training includes a Leader Training manual and learning cards. 

The new team members will go through their Ev2 class as the new mentors go through the M4M class and then they will do practical witnessing experiences as a team.
